There's a lot of interest in Beachwalk. In case you've missed it, a new community coming to south Venice/Englewood just 2 miles from the beach is coming soon.
Beachwalk is on Hwy 776 just south of Manasota Beach Road. It's by the same builder as highly popular Islandwalk in The West Villages. Beachwalk will not be part of The West Villages (soon to be called Wellen Park), so there are no CDD fees here.
Site clearing is just beginning. The entrance off Hwy 776 is being prepared, and clearing is underway by the rectangular lake. As a point of reference, the lake in the upper right corner of the above photo is the southernmost part of Sarasota National.
