Yesterday I was reminded of the importance of a buyer's agent for the purchase of a new construction home or condo.
Lorraine Road at Skye Ranch is being extended south to Knight's Trail in Venice, in an area attached to nearby Palmer Ranch called Lakes of Sarasota. We're already seeing work begin on Lorraine Road, and near Sage Apartments, at Honore Avenue near Hwy 681.
A lot of existing newer construction homes are going to border on the planned 4-lane extension, and a lof of newer construction home owners are upset about how this will affect them. I've been reading how this extension couldhelp relieve traffic on I-75. I probably won't do much for the residents of parts of Skye Ranch.





I have a track record of preventing home buyers from making avoidable mistakes, such as buying a home next to planned retail development or near planned infrastructure projects. I don't recommend avoiding a place like Skye Ranch completely, because of the overall lifestyle experience it offers.
