I have a few properties under contract right now. Thankfully, my clients are well qualified and are able to close on an earlier date than was originally on the contract.
I guess this is a bad problem to have, but changing the closing date affects a lot of moving parts. When can the sellers be out of their home? Can the seller's movers and/or cleaning service change the date? Can the closer's schedule (probably pretty full) accommodate a change of date?
Changing the closing date is more than just picking another date.
