Magnolia Park, a popular condo in Venice FL, has a new phase with new condos under construction. A lot of you are asking me about them.
The original condos were built by a local builder, before the real estate crash in 2008. Three sites within the community reserved for condo buildings were never completed, until this new construction started.
There are 3 open sites for these new condos, with 4 units per building compared to 6 units in the older buildings. Prices for the new condos are in the mid $200's. Pets are allowed, and there are no elevators.
