Over the Thanksgiving holiday I went to take a look at the construction progress in Solstice in Wellen Park.
As I had reported here in this blog, new homes in Solstice won't be ready for quite a while. Dirt is still being moved around for site preparation.
If I had to make a guess, I'd say any model homes will be ready in late spring 2022. The builder is temporarily housing their sales associates at their sister community in Venice Woodlands. Most of the new home builders no longer have multiple model homes because of the continuing building material and labor shortage.
Solstice will have approximately 270 residences when completed. If pricing follows Venice Woodlands, you're looking at a price range between $500,000-$800,000.
If you have that kind of a budget, make sure you are working with a Realtor who can help you identify and compare new home communities with you.
Remember, new homes cost the same as the builder's advertised prices, when you're working with your own Realtor. For me to be able to work with you, I would have to accompany you on your first visit to any new home community.
