The West Villages is changing its name to Wellen Park. They have grappled with name changes for a number of years. I'll be attending a remote presentation about this and will bring you more information here, and on davidbarrhomes.com.
Do I think this name represents their lifestyle brand of healthy living? Not really. We have plenty of other communities in the area which have focused on wellness for their brand for years (Del Webb and Cresswind in Lakewood Ranch come to mind).
