Tortuga is a small neighborhood of just 111 homes. The builder is offering single family homes with one or two stories.
Here's some photos of Tortuga you probably haven't seen before. Tortuga is bordered on the north by River Road and the east by Tamiami Trail.
Tortuga will have no club house or community pool, but it will be gated.
As of March 23 2022, 70 homes in Tortuga have been sold. Please contact me about how to participate in bidding on homes as the sites are released by the builder (3 to 5 per month).
