A new listing in Venice came on the market this morning. As a buyer's agent, or a listing agent, the Realtor you hire has to have an understanding of the local Venice FL real estate market.
A large 3/3 bedroom home, without private pool, is now available for 48% over it's original sales price in 2021. We are no longer in that kind of market. 48% appreciation might have seemed reasonable at the height of the pandemic, but now, with single family homes in this community on the market for 118 days, I'd have to take a harder look at this property as a Realtor advising clients.
