As you drive through Vicenza you'll see "Sold" signs on vacant home sites. The builder continues to slowly release sites, but actual construction is spotty.
Vicenza is one of my area's most sought-after new homes communities. Many mature trees remain and there's lots of green space. The club house and community pool are large, but there's no fitness center. There is an extensive trail system that winds through Vicenza, and thanks to it's location, there is little to no traffic noise.
The median sales price of homes in Sarasota County is now $500,000, and for new homes, it's even higher.
