More about:
Venetia is an upscale, gated community consisting of 4 separate subdivisions. There are 483 single family homes and villas, and 161 villa residences in Casa di Amici. Casa di Amici now has it's own page here on my website: click here. The Venetia Community Association is responsible for the common area maintenance for all 4 subdivisions. Venetia is an active community with lots of group activities, with two pools, tennis, and basketball courts.
Venetia was built between 2002 and 2006. The build quality is evident with durable tile roofs and open, split bedroom floor plans that buyers today expect in a luxury home. Most Venetia homes are 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 baths with a half bath. Homes in Venetia are between 2200 and 3900 sq. ft. of living space, with generously-sized master suites and cavernous walk-in closets. Venetia home buyers will enjoy volume ceilings and some homes with side-load 3 car garages.
Residents of Venetia have a wide choice of shopping options. Walmart is within walking distance, with Home Depot just across Tamiami Trail. Facing Walmart are two more shopping centers, with a Publix supermarket, a Target, Panera Bread, and local restaurant favorites The Sand Trap and Cedar Reef Fish Camp. Chain restaurants Chili's, Appleby's, and Outback Steak round out the dining choices.
