I have been a member of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) since 2002.

My years of experience means I can usually anticipate a problem before it becomes a surprise. For example, is the buyer qualified to purchase your property? Is the roof on the home you want to buy going to pass an inspection?
