Villas of Venice, on Villas Drive in Venice FL, is one of the most affordable beachfront condos in Sarasota County. The 80-unit complex is made up of efficiency apartments in a 2 story building, and one bedroom attached villas at ground level. The one bedroom villas are situated in groups of 8 around a central courtyard.
Residents here enjoy a large community pool, a beachfront gazebo, and direct, uncrowded beach access. A medium sized pet is welcome in Villas of Venice, up to 30 lbs.
Many of the villa units have updated roofs, electrical systems, and HVAC. However, potential owners should be advised that these units were built in the 1970's, and may not pass a contemporary home inspection required to secure financing.
Villas of Venice is also one of the few Venice Beach condos that allows minimum 7 day rentals. Property rental is in high demand, with all rentals handled through the on-site office.
